Great Purple Emperor Butterfly and Archduke Butterfly

In the royal tradition, these majestic butterflied sport purple scales to let everyone know they're in the upper crust of bug society.  This pair has been hand-pinned and mounted in a matted 8" x 10" frame.  Both native to Asia, these specimens were ethically sourced from conservatories in the region.
